Till the Covid19 conditions persist in India, we will accept orders only on non-returnable basis. That’s why we advise you to be very selective about product, size and colours. Once the situation is normal after COVID19, we shall start bra category under returnable basis. Take the necessary precautions to safeguard yourself and curb the spread of COVID-19. Stay safe!

Please note that we do not offer exchanges at the moment. However, all claims, if any, for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service within a day of delivery through the contact us page on the web store.

- The product should be purchased only from SONARI website and not from any other retailer be it online or offline.
- Return request should be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- All items to be returned must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and product packaging intact.Original Invoice shall be returned with the product
- Due to the intimate nature, Panties and Swimwear cannot be returned. Please do contact us in case if you have size related queries before placing the order.
- There should be no stains, marks, stitches or holes in the products which caused by customer.
- Return charges borne by customers.
